🎵 The Richard W. Ellis Bandstand on the Town Green in South Royalton, Vermont is THE place to be on Thursday evenings in summer. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnics, friends and family. Nothing is pre-recorded, just real people playing real instruments.
🎵 RTB includes community members of all ages and experience, and has a vast repertoire, ranging from marches, Broadway musicals, jazz, Dixieland and tangos, to novelty tunes ... and much more.
🎵 New band members are always welcome.
🎵 RTB rehearses April-early June and performs Memorial Day through mid-August. Performances include local parades and weekly concerts on Thursday evenings. Cancellations for inclement weather are posted here and on the Band's Facebook page.
